Reviewer conduct

Reviewers declare conflicts before accepting invitations. Confidential manuscripts must not be shared or used for competitive advantage; breaches trigger removal from the reviewer pool.

Appeals

Appeals must cite substantive editorial error or new evidence; appeals are handled by an editorial board member not involved in the original decision.
